Potato salad with crème fraiche

baby potatoes

crème fraiche

lemon juice

garlic clove, minced

radishes, thinly sliced

green onions, chopped
chopped herbs of your choice (basil, parsley, chives, dill, etc.)

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the potatoes until tender. Drain and let cool.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the crème fraiche, lemon juice, and garlic. Set aside.
Step 3
Add the potatoes and remaining ingredients to the crème fraiche mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
