Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Spread sliced vegetables over a shallow ovenproof dish.
Step 3
Arrange salmon fillets on top and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Step 4
Sprinkle with fresh dill.
Step 5
Season to taste.
Step 6
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until fillets flake easily with a fork.
Step 7
Serve with brown rice.
