Directions

Step 1
Cook the rice following the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, prepare the vinaigrette by whisking all the ingredients together in a bowl.

In a large serving bowl, add the rice and garnish with red cabbage, kale, carrots, chickpeas, kimchi, radishes, and avocado in several layers.
