Ingredients

bread crumbs

sesame seeds
30 ml
parsley
45 ml
plain yogurt
15 ml
dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
Step 2
Mix breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, and parsley in a bowl.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine yogurt and Dijon mustard.
Step 4
Place sole fillets on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Brush fillets with Dijon-yogurt blend. Sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture.
Step 6
Bake fish in the oven for 8 minutes, or until opaque.
Step 7
Serve with mashed potatoes and carrot sticks.
