Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to broil and place rack in top position.
Step 2
Spread crackers on a baking sheet and top each with a slice of goat cheese.
Step 3
Broil for 2–3 minutes, until cheese starts to melt slightly.
Step 4
Remove from oven and top with onion and cranberry confit. Decorate with sprouts and serve immediately.
