Soba Noodle Salad

Ingredients

package of soba noodles

chopped green onions

sesame seeds
Fresh cilantro to taste

tamari

peanut butter

fresh finely chopped ginger

Directions

Step 1
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Add noodles to other ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2
Combine all dressing ingredients in a Vitamix blender or food processor.
Step 3
Pour dressing over noodles and toss to combine. Serve.
