The oil and seeds of the camelina have a taste of sesame and hazelnuts that blends perfectly in your salads. Try this recipe by Signé Caméline!


400 grams
halloumi cheese, sliced
4 cups
spinach, roughly chopped
Lebanese cucumbers, sliced
3 cups
strawberries, quartered
shallots, minced
1 tbsp.
Signé Caméline roasted camelina seeds
2 tbsp.
Signé Caméline roasted camelina oil
3 tbsp.
white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp.
Signé Caméline camelina honey
Salt and pepper


Step 1
On the BBQ or in a pan, grill the halloumi slices until golden. Remove from the heat, cut into cubes, and set aside.
Step 2
In a salad bowl, toss together the grilled halloumi, spinach, cucumbers, strawberries, shallots, roasted camelina seeds, roasted camelina oil, white balsamic vinegar, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Serve right away and enjoy!
