Directions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve tartare as an appetizer or a main meal with crusty bread and a fresh salad, or as hors d’oeuvres for cocktails (served on crusty bread, diagonal slices of cucumber, or endive leaves).
