Red Beet Crystal Dressing

Red beet crystals – Salus
15 mL
2 tsp.
Maple syrup
10 mL
1 tsp.
Dijon mustard
5 mL
½ cup
Olive oil
125 mL
3 tbsp.
Red wine or cider vinegar
45 mL
½ tsp.
3 mL
To taste
Ground pepper


Step 1
Combine all ingredients in an airtight container (Mason jar).
Step 2
Seal. Mix well.
Step 3
Serve a
  • This dressing is delicious on salads, in a salmon tartare, as a marinade for fish and seafood, or as a garnish on a creamy soup... the list goes on!
  • Keeps for 7–10 days in the refrigerator.
