KWE Tonic Syrup Novelty Ice Cubes

very easy


limes, sliced
pomegranate, seeds (arils) only
A few sprigs of fresh rosemary or pine, coarsely chopped
1 ½ cups
KWE boreal and hops tonic cocktail syrup


Step 1
Cut lime slices in half, then cut each half slice into 3–4 small pieces.
Step 2
Peel away membranes from pomegranate to remove arils.
Step 3
Place lime pieces, arils and a bit of rosemary or pine in ice cube trays.
Step 4
Fill each compartment with KWE tonic syrup and place in freezer.
Step 5
Once frozen, place 3–4 ice cubes in a glass and serve with sparkling water, ginger beer or sparkling wine.
