Ingredients

- fresh herbs (parsley, basil, chives)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¼ cup

Directions
- Step 1
- Combine all the sauce ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt as needed.
- Step 2
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and cook 4–5 minutes or until translucent and tender. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the orzo and stir well to coat. Add the sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Step 3
- Add the broth and cook until the liquid has been absorbed. Sir in the Parmesan cheese.
- Step 4
- Serve topped with grilled asparagus and burrata.
