Ingredients

- unflavoured marine collagen powder
- 30 ml
- 1 tbsp
- fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 15 ml
- 1 tbsp
- honey
- 15 ml
- 2 tsp
- turmeric root, peeled and finely chopped (see Chef’s tip)
- 10 ml
- Ice cubes, to taste
- Lemon slices, to taste
Directions
- Step 1
- In a small food processor or personal blender, purée all of the ingredients, except for the ice cubes and lemon slices, until smooth.
- Step 2
- Fill two small 1-cup (250 ml) glasses with ice cubes and lemon slices. Strain the booster shot mixture directly into the glasses. Serve immediately.
Tips
We recommend wearing kitchen gloves when peeling and chopping turmeric root.
