Epic Tofu Mini Shish Taouk Skewers

Epic Tofu shish taouk-style marinated tofu cubes
400 g
1 tbsp
neutral oil
small tomato, diced
¼ cup
pickled turnips, finely julienned
¼ cup
parsley, chopped
¼ cup
vegan feta, crumbled
2 tbsp
mint, chopped
2 tbsp
dill, chopped
A few small wooden skewers for assembly
For the garlic sauce:
⅓ cup
cloves garlic
1 tbsp
lemon juice
Generous pinch of salt


Step 1
In a bowl, combine all garlic sauce ingredients.
Step 2
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
Step 3
Thread about 4 cubes of tofu onto each skewer.
Step 4
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add skewers.
Step 5
Cook for about 10 minutes, turning skewers over to brown all sides.
Step 6
Place skewers onto a serving plate and top with tomatoes, turnip, parsley, feta cheese, mint and dill.
Step 7
Drizzle with garlic sauce and serve.
