- For the nuts

- For the maple and fruit
- ½ cup
- Compliments maple syrup
- ½ cup
- vegetable oil
- ½ cup
- Baies d’or cranberries

- Medjool dates, pitted and diced
Directions
- Step 1
- Preheat the oven to 300 °F.
- Step 2
- In a large bowl, combine all the “for the nuts” ingredients. Add the “for the maple and fruit” ingredients directly to the nuts. Mix well.
- Step 3
- Spread evenly on a large baking sheet, then bake for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring well every 10 minutes.
- Step 4
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Step 5
- Transfer to a container to store for a few days.
