Gruau Overnight chia, bananes et cacao

rolled oats

maple syrup

PRANA organic raw cacao nibs

homemade almond milk
cup

or 5 PRANA organic raw European almonds
Drizzle maple syrup

Directions

Step 1
Puree the banana using a fork.
Step 2
In an airtight container (such as a Mason jar), mix together the banana puree, chia, rolled oats, cacao nibs, almond milk and maple syrup. Mix well and let sit overnight in the fridge.
Step 3
In the morning, pour into a bowl, add some banana slices, almonds and a little bit of maple syrup.
