Couscous salad with vegetables and vegan sausages

Directions

Step 1
Cook the couscous according to package directions, then set aside.
Step 2
Sauté the sausages in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes, then cut them into slices. Set aside.
Step 3
Combine all the other ingredients in a large bowl, then add the couscous and sausages.
