Guillaume Cantin found fame as the first winner of the Radio-Canada show Les Chefs! The chef and Managing Director of La Transformerie—an NPO seeking to eliminate food waste—will present the Rescapés, the organization’s flagship project. He explains how he and his team brings value to unsold food through his circular economy initiative and offers tips and tricks to reduce waste at home.
