Pesto Sole Fillets

sole fillets

basil pesto

To taste,
salt and pepper

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Place fillets in a lightly oiled shallow ovenproof dish.
Step 3
Spread pesto onto fillets and season to taste.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until fish is opaque.
Step 5
To accompany fish, serve linguini with olive oil and cherry tomatoes.
