Have tons of ripe fruit lying around that you don’t know what to do with? You can always freeze it for your smoothies, but you can also try this new, super healthy fruit roll-up recipe the kids will adore!

Ingredients

Purple roll-ups
3 cups
berry blend
1
banana
Yellow roll-ups
2 cups
mango
1 cup
pineapple
½
banana

Directions

Step 1
Purée all ingredients for purple roll-ups in a blender.
Step 2
Do the same with ingredients for the yellow roll-ups.
Step 3
Spread mixture onto a sheet of wax paper in a circle about 5-mm (¼-in.) thick. Place in a dehydrator at 180°C (350°F) for 8 to 10 hours. If you don’t have a dehydrator, bake at the lowest possible temperature and check every hour until dry.
Step 4
Using a pair of scissors, cut into straight strips about 2.5-cm (1-in.) wide. Roll and place in an airtight container. Can be stored up to two weeks.
