sprigs of fresh mint
Small pot
Measuring cup
Teaspoon or scale
Tea filter or fine strainer
Iced Tea Pitcher of at least 1.5L

Directions

Step 1
Iced Yerba Maté preparation:
Add the Yerba Maté leaves to the sparkling water.
Steep in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

Mint sirup preparation:
In a small pot bring the water and sugar to a boil over medium-high heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Remove the pot from the heat and add 2/3 of the fresh mint leaves.
