Sardo pitted organic olives

fresh grapes

Fresh herbs for garnish (basil, rosemary, thyme, optional edible flowers)
Fresh figs, quartered (optional)
Nuts for garnish (optional)
6 to 8 Bioitalia sesame breadsticks
Directions
Step 1
To create a perfect wreath, place an upside-down bowl in the center of your platter as a circular guide.
Step 2
Fold the prosciutto and salami slices in half or thirds, then arrange them around the bowl, alternating the meats to form a uniform circle.
Step 3
Add the cheddar and Oka cubes in small piles, evenly distributed around the wreath.
Step 4
Arrange the grapes, olives, and figs around and on top of the wreath.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh herbs and, if desired, a few nuts for texture.
Step 6
Remove the bowl, then serve with breadsticks and sliced baguette.
