- small ripened cheese wheel, like Le Pizy

- Snyder’s of Hanover gluten free pretzel sticks

- mixed herbs, finely chopped (such as chives, dill)
- 30 ml
- 1 tbsp
- honey
- 15 ml
- 2 tbsp
- roasted Prana pecans, chopped
- 30 ml
Directions
- Step 1
- On a work surface, cut off the top rind of the cheese. Cut the wheel of cheese into 8 wedges. Insert a pretzel stick into the rounded end of each cheese wedge to form a mini Christmas tree.
- Step 2
- Place the herbs on a plate. Coat the cut-side of the cheese wedges with the herbs. Drizzle with the honey and sprinkle with the pecans.
- Step 3
- Place the brie bites on a serving dish. Serve immediately.
Tips
To make the perfect small Christmas tree appetizers for cocktail hour, choose a wheel of brie that weighs about 170 g.
