Here is a guilt-free dessert with plenty of healthy fats and an amazing texture and flavour! It can also be prepared in just a few easy steps.

Ingredients and directions:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 75 mL (⅓ cup) coconut milk
  • 75 mL (⅓ cup) raw cocoa
  • 75 mL (⅓ cup) maple syrup
  • 10 mL (2 tsp.) vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 mL (½ tsp) ground cinnamon
  • 60 mL (¼ cup) coconut whipped cream
  • Several diced Kiwis

Add avocados, coconut milk, raw cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until creamy. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Top with kiwi and whipped cream and enjoy!
